On February 6th's monthly “IBO Only Call” with ITV Ventures’™ President, Michelle Pena, and Vice President of Operations, Michael LoConte, we announced the launch of the Business Support Chat.

Why is there now a Business Support Chat option?
We have experienced a huge success with the Home Agent Chat launch. We wanted to offer a similar venue so that all IBOs may have their business-related questions answered quickly and conveniently. As with our email and phone options, our dedicated Business Support Staff will continue to work with you on the Business Support Chat to help you better meet your ITV Ventures™ business needs.

When is the Business Support Chat available?
The Chat will be available to you during our regular Business Support Hours:


Monday – Thursday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern
Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern
